About this program
Rock Communications LLC operates a land mobile radio (LMR) network serving public safety, healthcare, utility, and school district agencies in South Carolina. FleetTalk Alerts sends operational text message notifications about tower site outages, equipment faults, scheduled maintenance windows, and service restoration status.
Who can enroll
Enrollment is limited to pre-authorized recipients:
- Rock Communications field staff and employees
- Technical contacts designated in writing by customer agencies that subscribe to our network services
Rock Communications maintains a list of authorized mobile numbers. Numbers that are not on this list cannot enroll and will not receive messages. This program is not open to the general public.
